Strategies for Managing Digital Documents
Online courses with digital content require special habits for success. Remember the rule of two: always have two ways to access materials. Technology will break down at times! Furthermore I am very systematic about how I manage my digital documents. Losing a file due to technology breakdown is not an excuse. Always back up your files. If it isn't saved twice, it isn't safe.
Here is a video on how I manage my digital documents. If you follow these procedures you will be 99% less likely to suffer a "digital disaster."
