Strobel Case for CreatorLee Strobel, Case for a Creator (Grand Rapids: Zondervan, 2004).  Paperback, 427 pages.  Grade level 10-12.

This is an excellent introductory book for those who are interested in “intelligent design,” the “teleological argument,” or “creation science.”  The book is well written, with references, and highly readable.  Mr. Strobel has an engaging style of writing that personalizes issues for the reader. As a result his books are able to furnish a great deal of information without becoming too dry and mired in abstact details or arguments.

Strobel interviews select scientists and philosophers about evidence that supports a creator. Those interviewed are some of the top Christian scholars in our country and it is well worthwhile learning their names and publications.
